Shipment Processing Time Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days (exclusive of extensions during Black Friday and Christmas). Orders are not shipped on Sundays or holidays. In rare cases processing times may vary for custom items or depending on product availability.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Most orders are delivered within 5-12 business days after dispatch to the UK. In rare instances, the delivery can take up to 28 business days depending on size and weight of the parcel. Please note, deliveries to the Highlands or other more remote locations can take an additional 14 working days.

By placing an order with us from outside the United Kingdom, you acknowledge and accept that your order is governed by UK law and our stated policies, including our international Returns & Refund Policy.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped. If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. A gentle reminder: if you've opted for items across multiple brands, anticipate distinct delivery times and potentially varied courier services.
Important Delivery Terms
- The risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered or on the date of first attempted delivery by us. We cannot accept any liability for loss, damage or destruction of the items after they have been delivered unless they were reported damaged or faulty when delivered or they were delivered incorrectly.
- Whilst we will make every effort to deliver within the time stated on our Website, we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by any late delivery or failure to deliver within the estimated timescales. We aim to keep you updated if there are any delays. We will endeavour to get your goods to you as soon as possible. Should you wish to cancel your order, you will be refunded once the goods have been returned to our distribution centre(s) in line with our Returns Policy or classified as lost by the Carrier company.
- We will attempt to deliver your order to the delivery address stated on your order form. If products are returned to us as undeliverable either because of an incorrect address or because of customer failure to contact the courier company or collect the goods from the depot where requested, we will refund the price of the products less delivery costs incurred by us in sending out the goods plus any additional costs charged to us by the courier company for returning the goods to us.
- Once an order has been dispatched and assigned for delivery, it cannot be amended or cancelled.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes Lilly & Lula is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
We are a UK-based business and primarily serve customers within the United Kingdom. While we may accept and fulfil international orders, we do not actively market or direct our commercial activities toward customers outside of the United Kingdom.

These Terms and all policies on this website are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
